In February, there will be a lot of talk about heart health. Do you know for sure if your heart is healthy? How do we know? We only know what happened after it happened. We always think it won't happen to us.
When your body is healthy, your heart is healthy, too. So, here are some ways to stay healthy.
- You should take a good vitamin. What's the meaning of that? Expensive? No. I mean a vitamin that dissolves in your body and gives your body the vitamins it needs. I only know of one fructose-compound vitamin that helps our bodies by letting 95 percent of the vitamins stay in our bodies instead of just passing through them.
What is the compounding of fructose? Fructose is a natural sugar found in fruit that is easy for the bloodstream to take in. The goal of this process is to attach a fructose molecule to a mineral so that the mineral doesn't stick to nutrients in the digestive system. The fructose-compound minerals are made to be more easily absorbed into your bloodstream and sent to your cells, which then send them to your tissues, organs, and the rest of your body. So, your body stays healthy.
- Exercise Your body needs to keep moving. We should walk at least 10,000 steps every day. A walking monitor that you can attach to your belt or pants is the best way to keep track of that. Then count how many steps you take and whether or not they are aerobic. Which will make your heart beat faster. When you get your heart to beat faster, you get your body moving and in better shape all over.
Food: We should eat more vegetables and less food that has been processed. We need to stop buying easy, quick processed foods and start making our own dinners again. I belong to that group. I'm trying to teach myself how to make better decisions for my family. It's just easier to use ready-made meals when life is busy. Tip: On Sunday make it family cooking day. Everyone should get together in the kitchen and make 5 dinners for the week. When it was cool, put it in the freezer. Then, during the week, take dinner out of the freezer and put it in the fridge so it can thaw while you are at work. It takes some getting used to, but it really makes Sundays stand out.
These are small changes, but they could save your life or the life of someone you care about. With just a few good changes, you can make your life better and healthier.
