It's normal if you've already tried a few things to stop snoring but nothing has worked. This doesn't mean that these products don't work; it just means that a "wrong diagnosis" of the root cause could lead us to solutions that were never right for the problem.

Well, it will always come down to personal choice, and no one should stop you from getting the benefits. But with these choices, you can often spend a lot of money. On top of that, surgeries are often a choice and aren't covered by insurance.
There is no sure-fire way to stop snoring, though. Before you can find a possible treatment or cure for your condition, you have to try a lot of different things. But if we look at the bigger picture, we can see that all of the tips we hear from people who snore who have found relief work in ways that help us.
You may have heard somewhere that you should stop smoking and drinking. Well, even if quitting these two things hasn't helped you stop snoring yet, you can be sure that you are still being helped in ways you couldn't have thought of at first. (But trust us, if you stop taking these two things, you'll be one step closer to reducing how often you snore.)
Snoring is caused by anything that gets in the way of airflow in the throat, mouth, or nose. So, basically, getting rid of the blockages on these parts would bring relief. Even though this is the main idea, it would be hard to find a specific cure for your condition because there are many things that could be causing the vibration in your throat.
But you can see that the only way to get rid of the blockage or make more room in the throat is to get rid of it.
For example, snoring surgeries often try to get rid of these blockages by removing some tissues around the mouth and throat that are thought to be the cause. On the other hand, pills are designed to open up the airways. Be careful though, because most medicines can have unwanted side effects. Before trying to use over-the-counter pills, you should always talk to a doctor to lower the risk.
There are also a number of devices and products that are made to stop snoring. Even though they have funny names, using them would definitely help you.
Some of the things you can try are nasal strips, chin straps, Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Appliances, dental and oral appliances, adjustable beds, and stop snoring sprays. All of these are meant to keep your tongue from falling back or to open up your airways so that certain muscles don't give out.
But be patient as you look for the right product. It may take a lot of trial and error, research, evaluation, and practise to find a product that really works for you.
