One way to keep up a regular exercise routine even if you have a busy schedule is to buy exercise machines that you can use for a few minutes anywhere. If you have a busy schedule, you need a machine that you can keep at the office or at home and that can be put away easily.

The treadmill is one of the most useful pieces of exercise equipment. It may cost more than the other exercise machines, but most people who don't like to exercise have found that it works.

Most people don't like using their exercise machines because they are either too complicated or a little hard to use. Most people can use treadmills easily because all they need to know is how to walk and run, which are skills that most people already have.

If you don't have a lot of money, you can get a manual treadmill that works by walking on the rubber. There are electronic treadmills for people with more money that track calories burned, miles travelled, and other exercise data. No matter which treadmill you choose, you'll be able to get your money's worth quickly because you'll be able to use it longer than with any other exercise machine.

Experts said that you should look for a high-end treadmill with a 1.5 or 2.5 continuous duty horsepower motor. Choose treadmills whose motors have a longer warranty period.

Before you start running on the treadmill, you can avoid getting hurt by stretching first. Start your treadmill workout by walking and getting used to how it works. Do not try any tricks, because you could fall off the treadmill if you try to run before you know how it works. When you first get the treadmill, you might be excited, but a 20-minute walk on it two or three times a week would be a good start. As you get more used to the machine, slowly increase your speed and frequency.

If you walk on a treadmill for at least 30 minutes each time, you'll lose fat. But you should always talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine to make sure you aren't making any health problems worse.

Some people use their treadmills while watching TV or listening to their favourite music. Not only do you need a good piece of exercise equipment, but you also need to enjoy what you are doing.
