Organic, freshly made juices will help you get rid of constipation by cleaning your body and making you poop. If you take them every day, they will help you go to the bathroom every day.
There are many minerals, bioflavonoids, vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants, and other nutrients in organic juices. Citrus fruits have citric acid, and the more tart they are, the more acid they have.
Fresh juice is a quick way to get a lot of different nutrients into the blood. As the nutrients in juice get into your bloodstream, they get rid of toxins and build up your tissues. In your colon, they kill bad bacteria, feed the cells that make up the walls, pull out toxins, and make you poop.
Even though juices help the body in many ways, it's best to limit how much you drink of them and only drink more when you want to get certain health benefits.
If you eat natural foods that make you go to the bathroom, the effect wears off after a while.
If you have diabetes or tired adrenal glands, don't eat too many fruits and juices right when you wake up. But if you work out in the morning, you'll be able to drink some juices in the morning.
When you juice fruits and vegetables, the more fibre you leave in the juice, the better your constipation will get.
Fresh juices are always best, but if you don't have any other option, it's better to drink something than nothing.
Apples and juice from apples
Apples are good for getting rid of constipation because they are high in pectin, which is a soluble fibre, have a lot of minerals, and have sorbitol, which is a natural sugar that helps move things along. Pectin helps clean out the intestines and keeps bowel movements regular.
The fibre in apples gives your poop more weight and bulk. It also helps pull water from your colon into your poop, which keeps your poop from getting hard and keeps you from getting constipated.
Apples are one of the best fruits to eat because they have a lot of minerals in them, which give your body alkaline electrolytes. Electrolytes get rid of acids that are made when you are sick, worried, angry, working out, breathing in pollution, or eating poorly. Body acid is a big reason why we get diseases that kill us as we get older.
Make it a daily habit to eat apples or drink fresh apple juice. They also help with problems with the liver and gallbladder.
What should you do?
Use apples that are crisp and hard, like Granny Smith, Fuji, or Gala, to make juice.
Drink a glass of apple juice in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening. In addition to drinking fresh apple juice, you can get fibre by eating 3–4 apples every day. When you eat apples and drink apple juice, your colon will start moving things that have been stuck.
One-day apple and apple juice fast
You can also do an apple and apple juice fast for one or two days by eating 3–4 apples a day. Apple juice should be drunk every two hours. Wait until morning to eat anything. Then, start making changes to how you eat, like I've written about in other articles.
