If you've decided to start a diet and exercise plan, please read my article about my own experiences and feel free to use this in any other articles you write.
There are many things about modern life that can cause depression and anxiety in a normal person. These things include stress, work, relationships, image, and general well-being. Today, the media is full of articles and glossy, edited pictures of beautiful people that are meant to get us to buy products or adopt a certain way of life. This is done by marketing corporations.
Advertising in the media affects everyone in some way. If it didn't, we'd all buy the same things and look the same. I started a diet and fitness programme myself many years ago, and I still follow it, with the occasional day off for being good. A few years ago, I decided to get in shape because I knew it would help me deal with stress and anxiety, which were becoming problems in my personal life. I started by running, which was very hard at first because I could only run for about five minutes at a time.
I decided that the best thing to do was to write down my distances and times and keep a log. This helped me get into a running routine, and soon I was running for up to twenty minutes at a time. I then made a lot of progress over the next few months as part of a personal goal. I quickly got to where I could run for an average of forty minutes at a time. As a result of this activity, I felt so much better about myself, my stress level went down, and my anxiety went down a lot.
I also found that running first thing in the morning made me feel good for the rest of the day. It is known that early morning runs are the best time to burn fat because you run on an empty stomach and the body uses fat as fuel.
When I run in the morning, it clears my mind for the rest of the day. By the time I'm done, any bad feelings are gone and I have a good attitude. I also run in a nearby royal park. In the early morning, there are many beautiful things to see, like wild animals and birds living in the same area as me almost without being bothered.
Before I run, I always make sure to do a full stretching exercise, paying special attention to the muscles in my legs and thighs. If you don't stretch, you could get sore and even tear important muscles because the blood hasn't had time to flow well through the muscle groups. I think you should stretch every day, even on days when you don't run, because this will keep you from getting tired and sore, which is very important. It's also important to refuel the body with good carbs within an hour of working out. This will give the body the nutrients and energy it needs.
Running is an exercise that is good for both the body and the mind, so I would recommend it to everyone.
