Many people go through life judging themselves, not realising that being uncomfortable is part of life and that the truth is the key that will set them free.
How it works: First, you need to figure out what you want out of life. Once you know what you want, think about what's stopping you. If you find out what holds you back, think about how you can get rid of those things. First, you should be honest with yourself and with other people. If you are honest, you will find a way to get around almost any problem you face. But keep in mind that people need help.
Finding out what you need and want makes it easy to get on the right path. When you find you, you should be sure to write them down. By writing down the details, you can learn more about yourself and what you want from life. Don't expect more from yourself than you can get.
As you learn about yourself, learn to look over your dreams and inner voices. These little creatures are made to help you figure out what to do in life. If you start to shake, don't run away from the voices. Instead, write them down. You might be surprised by what you find. Minds are built to be able to take pictures faster than any camera can. These pictures hide messages that help us move forward. When pictures appear, look at them carefully and try to figure out what they are trying to tell you. When you write down your ideas, they get better because you start to think of new things.

Give people a chance to see why you think this way. Do you spend time with people who make you feel like this? Do you keep doing things that make you feel like this? When your body tells you something, pay attention and stop ignoring it. What we need is told to us by our bodies. When you don't talk to your body, you leave yourself open to more problems. The world already has a lot of problems, so why keep adding to them? Instead, try taking them away. In many ways, your body talks. When your stomach grumbles, it's clear you're hungry. If you eat a lot and fill your stomach, you will be happier. If your muscles are sore, it means you haven't worked out or stretched enough. Pull those muscles apart. Exercise those muscles. Your worst case scenario is that you will feel bad. How terrible could that be?
Do you try to avoid pain?
Life is full of things that hurt. Discomfort can come from being bored, tired, uncomfortable, and so on. When you feel bad, your body and mind will let you know. Face your problems instead of taking a flying leap to get away.
Let your pain lead you to new things. Open the door, walk in, and turn around to face them. Most problems are caused by simple things that don't really amount to anything.

Start the engine and move the gears by doing something to make people stop judging you. You have no right to judge unless you are the man in the sky with the plan.
