Help me, I'm fat, lazy, and scared of being picked on. When the World Gets DANGEROUS! I bet you run. Are you in danger of getting hurt?
All titles are meant to make you feel scared and get you to respond, so read on.
IT'S DANGEROUS OUT THERE
There are risks out there, especially for you.
You might not know that the enemy is right next door, but you have to be brave enough to look. What can you do if you see violence, are scared or even get beaten up or hit in the head? Do you hide in your house?
You know that if you have the chance to be a hero and stop a crime, terrorism, or violence, you'll be able to step up, chase after them, etc., or maybe you'll cower or be the victim.
You might not see the danger today, but you'd better sharpen your senses or you'll get hit without knowing it.
PHYSICAL COMPETENCE
Have you ever seen someone get attacked or "owned"? Just look up "martial street fights" or "martial owned" on Google. Look at those movies and groan!!!
Kung Fu, Boxing, Dancing, Baseball, Lack of Skill? What will you give the person who attacks you?
I can judge I am probably half the strength and endurance from 10 years ago, how about you?
Can you throw a punch or even stand steady on one leg? can you do a roundhouse kick or even a knee kick? Ever heard of a combination?
What makes something a martial art?
1: A soldier Having to do with an army or military life
2: Having been to war or wanting to go to war
Martial art is a type of self-defense that is usually done without weapons and is based on techniques from ancient China, India, and Tibet.
If you've never learned a martial art, you probably know about them from Bruce Lee movies and end with The Matrix's stylized action. If that's the case, you might not know from what you've seen on screen that there are about 200 different types of martial arts and thousands of different styles within each of these. Karate, judo, kung fu, and tae kwon do are some of the best-known and most popular martial arts in the United States, but there are many more.
Even though there are many different types of martial arts and styles, most of them use similar techniques, so they can be put into broad groups that are easier to understand. The main way to group martial arts together is by the main physical technique they use, which is either striking or grappling.
Even shapes like squares, triangles, and circles can be used to describe the different styles.
MARTIAL TRAINING TO LIVE
It's hard to train, really hard. The hardest part is getting started, and after that, it gets easier. You need a martial arts machine or something new and exciting to get you off your fat behind.
Now is the time to do something. Start with short workouts, stretching, and shadow boxing, then step it up and train hard.
Look up kung fu or karate in the phone book in your area. Then call them, go with them, or bring your kid.
CONCLUSION IS ACTION
Life isn't scary, but maybe you're scared because you don't have enough skills, confidence, or personal competence.
Be proactive and look around, then decide and take action, whether you train alone with a martial arts machine or at a dojo.
Train now if you don't like what you see in the mirror, are afraid to walk down a dark street, or are afraid of a possible fight.
