If you've tried and failed in the past to make money online with internet marketing, like I have, you can now rest easy knowing that help is at hand. I wish I had had access to this kind of information when I first started out three years ago. Maybe then I wouldn't have been so confused about how to design a website, how to use autoresponders, how to join affiliate programmes, how to write sales letters, and how to get people to visit my site. I know better now, but I'll tell you more about this in a minute.
If you want to get into internet marketing, you need something to promote and sell, whether it's a physical item or information. Because the Internet is a place where people can share and trade information with the click of a button, it is a great place for... the ebook!
When you sell an eBook instead of a physical item, you don't have to buy or store any stock. You also don't have to spend time and money packing and mailing anything. Instead, your customer can pay for your product and get it right away from a download page. In a time when people want things right away, an eBook is the best way to get something done quickly and well. Once it's written, you can sell as many copies as you want without having to make each one. This saves both time and money.
The key to more success and finding your "niche market" when thinking of a topic for your eBook is very simple. Like they tell everyone who wants to write for the first time, write about what you know. Whether it's a few chapters on "How to Stop Smoking" (if you've been successful), "How to Own a Motorcycle," "How to Make Money Online," or "Tips on Flower Arranging," you can bet that someone out there in "cyberspace" wants to know about it. If your hobby is related to the topic of your eBook, that's even better. If you're really interested in what you're writing about, it will come through in your writing, making that eBook even more interesting and useful.
Of course, you'll have a better chance of success if you know a lot about or have experience with a popular topic where there is a large potential market to sell your eBook, like health and fitness or food and drink. But keep in mind that you'll be competing with a lot of other people. So be careful about what you write about!
But when you're writing your eBook, don't forget to give your customer something of value. If you do, they might buy your other eBooks as well. No matter how long your eBook is, it has to be good, both in terms of content and quality, or your customers will be disappointed. Give away a few free bonuses, like an extra report or training that they would have to pay for elsewhere. Try to make the customer happy!
If you don't know how to make an eBook, you could always write an eBook about how to do it! This brings me to the "more on this in a minute..." that I mentioned above: the launch of a FREE course on all aspects of internet marketing, including making eBooks. Visit the website below to find out what you need to get started online. Best of luck!
