Did you ever see the movie where Sir Anthony Hopkins played a primatologist working in the jungle and making friends with a group of silverback gorillas?
I was driving my truck yesterday. I went over a bridge that had bumps that came very quickly and kept coming up again and again. As I crossed this short bridge and moved past a boring part of my life, something happened that has made me think about it for the last 24 hours. I felt my belly jiggle. And when I looked down, I could sort of see it move from under my shirt. I didn't like it.
So, what should I do? Well, I don't have to look any further than the front pocket of my backpack if I want to jump on a bandwagon that might be able to stick around and become a real thing. What is inside? Nothing less than a 20-gigabyte powerhouse full of thousands of my favourite songs. Yes, that's my well-worn iPod. I have to say that in the year or so that I've had my ipod, my belly doesn't seem to have gotten better. In fact, it seems to have gotten worse. But that was before I heard of a new way to use it (aside from bothering friends into listening to a song that will "change their life").
Ipod workouts are another thing that no one saw coming from this Apple product. Using your ipod while working out is helpful because it is portable and can handle shocks better than a CD player. But the new trend of ipod workouts has gone at least one or two steps further. There have been a number of workout plans that can now be bought or downloaded. This is the same as getting a personal trainer who will help you work out whenever and wherever you want. Some of these can even have pictures that you can see on your screen.
The point is that sometimes one of the biggest things standing between you and a flat stomach is not knowing what to do during your workout and not being motivated to do it. Using an ipod workout can help with both of these problems.
