We don't know what we would do at the end of our lives if we could get help to kill ourselves. So, it's a good idea to think about it long before the end of our lives, when we might actually have to make a decision. If we look for it, our souls do choose a path for us to follow in life. I think you should follow that one. Because your life came from your spiritual life, and your spiritual life will lead you home.
Some people with terminal illnesses are in so much pain that they would rather die than keep hurting and living a bad life. People who are in pain have a very different view of life than people who are healthy. This is because they are limited in both their bodies and their minds. Because of this change in perspective, some people choose ways to treat a debilitating illness that they might never have thought of when they were healthy. Despite the fact that tens of millions of patients in the U.S. alone don't have access to good pain management, many health care providers say that good pain management can make the pain of terminally ill people bearable.
Many religious groups believe that suffering can help us become better people. This cleansing can be for both the person giving care and the person receiving care. It's a time to learn and be aware of how the body changes during the dying and death process, becoming more soul. Christians think that life is a gift from God and that God doesn't give us things we can't handle. The Qur'an, which is the holy book of Islam, says, "Do not take life, which Allah made holy, except in the course of justice." And, "We don't own our bodies because we didn't make them." This is what Orthodox Judaism says: "This is a very important constitutional and moral issue, and Jewish tradition has a lot to say about it. We think that giving terminally ill people a constitutional right to die is a clear statement against the value and sanctity of human life...."
Religious influence on PAS makes it clear that doing something like this is like going against God. Because of this, the need to pray and figure out the direction of one's life and death should be discussed with a cleric of one's own faith. To stop this kind of influence, you would need an independent person whose religious beliefs have led him or her from what can be known through religion to what can be known through them by the same force that gave them life. Here, people who are nearing the end of their lives choose a course of action from the core of their being that goes beyond their belief in their creator (religiously) and leads to the active participation of one's assessed values (personal transformations) that includes but is not limited to their religious influence.
