Daniel 12:4-12:4
Between Saint and Sinner. pt 1. Sometimes, preaching the Gospel is the most controversial job on Earth. The Truth of Life and information are two different things that can be shared when preaching or ministering the Gospel. Let's start by looking at the Information side. There is a lot of information out there, but how much of it is true? Dan 12:4 But you, Daniel, should shut up the words and seal the book until the end of time. Many people will go back and forth, and people will learn more. Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed because they don't know enough. Since you don't want to learn, I won't let you be my priest. Since you've forgotten the law of your god, I'll also forget your children. [Ref; Dan 8:26; Rev 10:4, Rev 22:10 Dan 12:9, Dan 8:17, Dan 10:1, Dan 11:40 Dan 11:33; Isa 11:9, Isa 29:18, Isa 29:19, Isa 30:26, Isa 32:3; Zec 14:6-10; Mat 24:14; Rom 10:18; Rev 14:6, Rev 14:7] John 14:21 Whoever has my rules and follows them is the one who loves me. Whoever loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and show myself to him. How many people here are saved? Are you sure? Have you done what Christ told you to do? Have you loved your enemies and prayed for them? Is there someone who really bothers you, but you still pray for them? Do you do the right things and act like a Christian every day, or are you just going through the motions? When God tells His prophets to seal up a book in the Bible, it means that everything that needs to be said about that subject has already been said. This is what makes each prophecy come true.
In scripture, we learn something new every day. Every time the Bible is preached or taught, new ideas and insights come out, and we learn a little more. But the Bible says that people have gone after different kinds of knowledge and left others behind. Many people want to learn things they think will make it easier for them to get into the kingdom of Heaven. Others have learned things they think prove there is no God, so there's no need to worry about what they do. Some people know so much that they can't see what's really going on. It's like the trees are blocking your view of the big picture. Knowledge means nothing if you don't know how to use it. The way to Christ and the Kingdom is through understanding. If you know something but don't understand it, it's like a blind person with a map. In His teachings, Jesus focused on three things: Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding. Without the other two, one isn't worth much. Let's put it this way: Even people who don't believe in Jesus know about him, and many of them are in church today. We can all learn something from God's word. If you went outside and asked everyone you saw, "Who was Noah?" they could all tell you. But if you asked many people in the Church today why Jesus came to Earth, you'd get a lot of different answers. All of them would probably be right, but none of them would get to the heart of the plan of salvation. How do you know you've been saved? "He who has my commandments and keeps them is the one who loves me," Jesus said. Let's take this apart. Today, there are three kinds of people in Church. 1. "Whoever has my commands, these are the people who have the wisdom of Jesus' commands. They know almost every word Jesus ever said, but they don't remember a single one. The hypocrites who say one thing but do another. These people don't fear God, but they think that their good deeds will be enough to save them. 2: "Whoever has my commands and keeps them is saved." These are the people who have Wisdom, understanding, and knowledge of the Bible and follow it. These people have a healthy fear of God, and they back up their faith with good deeds. 3.These are the people who don't believe and the ones who lie. 1Co 16:22 If anyone doesn't love the Lord Jesus Christ, the Bible says, "Let him be Anathema Maranatha" (accursed). This means, "Our Lord is coming, and he will judge those who have put him down." If anyone doesn't love the Lord Jesus Christ, if anyone is against him, his offices, his teachings, or his commands. Mat 25:46 And these people will be sent away to eternal punishment, but the good will go to eternal life. Here's proof of what I just said: in Matthew 13:27–30, the man's servants asked him, "Sir, did you not plant good seed in your field?" So, where did the tares come from? He told them, "This was done by an enemy." The servants asked him, "Then do you want us to go and get them?" But he said, "No, don't do that, or you'll pull up the wheat along with the tares." Instead, he said, "Let both grow together until harvest, and then I'll tell the reapers, "First gather up the tares and tie them into bundles to burn, but bring the wheat into my barn." How many people think God knows everything today? If you said yes, you should know that God knows who loves Him and who still needs to be saved. Salvation is not a game. It is the most important thing for the soul of a person. God's word has nothing to do with our ideas, thoughts, plans, how we understand it, or what we believe about life. Many people say that what you believe matters, but I say that what matters is what God's word says. God's rules are not written so that they can be cut up, surgically removed, changed, altered, or argued about. They are rules. If you follow them, you will be saved. If you don't, you will be lost forever. Rom 8:7 Because the mind of the flesh is against God. It is not subject to God's law, and it can't be. Mat 10:22 And everyone will hate you because of my name, but anyone who stays strong until the end will be saved. [holds fast; as "drawing back to destruction"] Heb 3:6 But Christ rules over his own house like a son. We are his house if we hold on to our faith and joy in the hope until the end. (JFB) "but he who endures to the end will be saved." This is a great saying that was repeated with similar warnings in the prophecy of the destruction of Jerusalem (Matt. 24:13) and often by the apostle as a warning against "drawing back to destruction" (Heb. 3:6, Heb. 3:13; Heb. 6:4-6; Heb. 10:23, Heb. 10:26-29, Heb. 10:38, Heb. 10: "Turning back to destruction" is a clear sign that a Christian's faith didn't have "root" from the start (Luke 8:13), just as "enduring to the end" is a clear sign that it is real and solid. end pt. 1. ars
