Kerala Ayurveda
Ayurveda is an ancient perfect science of life. The word "Ayur" means "life" and "Veda" means "knowledge" or "science." Ayurveda gives a brief explanation of the dos and don'ts that each person needs to know in order to be healthy, happy, comfortable, and successful on a physical, mental, and social level. Ayurveda also says that it is better to avoid problems than to try to fix them.
Ayurveda's healing and healing programmes work best in Kerala because of its even climate, large number of forests (which are full of herbs and medicinal plants), and cool monsoon season (June to November). In fact, Kerala is the only state in India that still follows this system of medicine to the letter.
