Continuing education for adults is very useful. Children don't have as many advantages as older people do.
- Experience
- Fewer things to distract you
- Really better memory

Better memory
——————-
Doctors used to think that you couldn't make new brain cells, so when old ones died, you got dumber. They now know that adults get more new brain cells the more they keep learning. You can even put off getting Alzheimer's by keeping your brain busy.
But old people forget things all the time! That's true, because the things you remember best are the ones that surprised or shocked you. "Been there, done that" is what an old person would say. Nothing is strange or new.
But you have to learn a lot of boring things, which is a good thing. The seniors beat the kids in a test where they had to remember meaningless words. My book about tests will show you how to make your continuing education as an adult more interesting, which will help you remember things better than kids.

Experience
—————
You go from what you know to what you don't know. So it makes sense that the more you know, the more you can say "Yes, that's right, it's just like..." I'm 65 years old now, and I can say that it's getting easier for me to keep learning as an adult because I'm always learning things that are useful to me.

Distractions
——————
You may still have distractions at work, but let's be honest: are they as obsessive as the things you were into when you were a teenager? You won't have to decide between going on a date and doing your homework. You might have to choose between taking a nap and studying, but my book about exams shows how to get around that problem. Right now, I'm using it!

Exams
——-
The same three things that help you study also help you do well on tests. Did you get sick from nerves before your school tests? Your whole life and career depended on how well you did. Now, it would be nice to pass, but you know from experience that if you don't, you'll be okay and get back on your feet.
If a child's parents aren't wealthy or helpful, they won't be able to buy things that you can. For example, they can afford my free report on how to write essays but not my eBook on how to pass tests. If you live in a country where local phone calls have time limits, it may be too expensive for kids to do much research on the Internet.
There are ways to learn to calculate quickly and ways to improve your memory, and you can pay for all of them. If you want to learn a language, you can probably even afford a "superlearning" course that teaches you the language in only fifteen hours.

Why Adults Should Keep Learning
———————————————
Okay, you have some benefits, but why should you bother with continuing education as an adult?
- Working for yourself
- Keeps the brain from getting worse.
- Getting new skills for a new job
I've already talked about what study does to the brain. You get new brain cells.
You can only keep one job for a short time in the modern world. For your next job, you will need to learn new skills.
Self-employment. If you work for yourself, you can't be fired, but you can go broke. It is best to work on your home business part-time until it pays you twice as much as your job. Then you won't care if you get fired from your job.
Then you won't have to worry about continuing your education as an adult, right? Oops... when you have your own business, you will need to keep learning even more. For example, if you can't pay for a bookkeeper, you will have to learn how to do it yourself. If you need to hire people, you need to know what the laws are.

How do you need to learn?
——————————-
I like to use a correspondence course for my continuing education as an adult, but going to classes is much better because you can get your questions answered right away.
In my book about tests, I show you how to use the internet to find answers. You can probably find a lot of eBooks that teach you what you want to know. But will I ever get to see the things I buy online? ...you may ask.
Consider it. How much more does it cost an eBook seller to sell 100 eBooks than one? Nothing, that's right! If making an eBook costs me nothing, why would I try to steal from you? I keep buying new eBooks, and I've never been disappointed with what I got. You can for sure get a continuing education for adults online.
